Thalley is a lush green valley in Ghanche, located 35 km northwest of the district headquarters Ghanche and 110 km from Skardu city. Situated at 2,647m above sea level, it falls in the single cropping zone. The main occupation of the inhabitants of the valley is agriculture. Thalley Broq is an attractive place for camping and hiking. The milky nights of Thalley Valley during the full moons presents unforgettable moments to the tourists. It also provides track to K2 base camp. Thalley Valley also offers a nice track to Shigar Valley via Thalley La and gives an opportunity to view a series of snowcapped mountains.
