Tolti Valley
Tolti serves as the administrative capital of Kharmang District of Gilgit-Baltistan. It is located on the left bank of the Indus River, about 35 km southeast of the Indus-Shyok confluence. Historically, it was a trade route between Skardu and Kargil, however, the First Kashmir War's partition of the region ended this route.
