🏅 Gilgit-Baltistan Taekwondo Team Shines at 35th National Games in Karachi 🥋

The Gilgit-Baltistan Taekwondo Team delivered an outstanding performance at the 35th National Games, held in Karachi, by securing four Bronze 🥉 medals. The 10-member team competed with remarkable dedication, hard work, and true sportsmanship. Fakhra Ali, Ghazala Faisal Abbas, and Jamal-ud-Din won bronze medals in their respective weight categories. This prestigious event was part of the official event calendar of the Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board. Under the leadership and directions of Director Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board, Mr. Shah Muhammad, a full contingent of athletes from various sports disciplines of Gilgit-Baltistan participated in the event with great enthusiasm and spirit. The Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board fully sponsored the participation of the athletes, covering all expenses from travel from Gilgit to Karachi, stay in Karachi, return journey, and provision of sports kits. The Gilgit-Baltistan Taekwondo Association appreciated the hard work of the players, the guidance of the coaches, and the continuous support of the Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board, expressing optimism for even better performances in future national events.
