Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and registered firms for construction of Gilgit-Baltistan Pavilion, at Lok Virsa Islamabad. The pavilion shall include construction of stalls with thematic main gate and supply of traditional dresses/items, food, accommodation and transportation during the event scheduled to be held from 7-16th November, 2025 at Shakarparian, Islamabad
Terms and Conditions:
1. Quotations should be accompanied with Rs. 0.200 Million as security deposit in shape of call deposit/ bank draft (through schedule bank only) attached with Technical Proposals in favor of Director. Tourism & Culture Gilgit-Baltistan, failing which the tender is liable to be rejected.
2. The firms must provide their technical proposals inclusive of material to be used against specifications, precautionary measures, life warranty and sustainability of the pavilion etc.
3. The bids must include receipt of tender document fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) which may be deposited in government treasury under Head Co-3518-Others in favor of Director Tourism & Culture GB.
4. The firm must have sound relevant experience of undertaking the same task.
5. Sealed quotations must reach to the Office of the Deputy Director Tourism (Coordination & Facilitation) at 3rd Floor Evacuee Trust Building Islamabad on 28th October 2025 at 11:00 AM and the quotations will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day, in presence of the bidders or their representatives. Quotations received after due date and time shall stand rejected.
6. The bidders are required to quote rates separately for each item.
7. Only "Typed" financial bids will be considered valid. Hand Written financial bids shall not be accepted.
8. Bidders are required to submit separate tenders against each lot.
9. The bids shall be treated under Clause 39 (b) of GB PPRA Rules 2022 i.e. Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
10. The competent authority reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all quotations as per the GB PPRA Rules 2022.
Note:- Approved design/ theme, specification and detail ToRs. criteria for selection of fabricating firms along with other bidding documents can be obtained during office hours from the Directorate of Tourism, and Culture, Gilgit-Baltistan located at Street #9, Opposite to Supreme Appellate Court Jutial Gilgit or Deputy Director (Coordination & Facilitation) Tourism Office located at 3rd Floor Evacuee Trust Building, Sector F-5/1 Islamabad.
