Khalti Lake is situated in Khalti village at an altitude of about 2217 m (7274ft) from sea level. The lake is known for its habitat of trout fish. The lake usually freezes in winter season and people can easily walk on it. It hosts Khalti Ice Hockey Festival in January every year which is an annual calendar event of GB Tourism department.
