The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, through the Tourism, Sports, Culture, Archaeology & Museums Department, has invited sealed bids from eligible firms, manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors for undertaking various works under the Non-Development Budget for the Financial Year 2026-27.
The bidding process covers the following seven lots:
• Lot-A: Repair of Transport
• Lot-B: Event Management
• Lot-C: Supply of Traditional Items & Gifts
• Lot-D: Printing and Promotional Material
• Lot-E: Digital Media Production & Dissemination
• Lot-F: Supply of Sports Gear
• Lot-G: Supply of Other Items
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must be listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Bidding Documents
Detailed bidding documents containing the terms and conditions are available from the office of the Secretary, Tourism, Sports, Culture, Archaeology & Museums GB, New Secretariat Building, Jutial, Gilgit, during office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
The bidding documents can be obtained against payment of Rs. 4,000 for Lots A, C, D, E, F and G, while the fee for Lot-B (Event Management) is Rs. 10,000.
The bidding documents are also available for download from the official website of the Tourism, Sports, Culture, Archaeology & Museums Department, Gilgit-Baltistan.
Submission and Opening of Bids
Interested and eligible bidders are required to prepare and submit their bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.
The bids must reach the office of the Secretary, Tourism, Sports, Culture, Archaeology & Museums Department, GB, New Secretariat Building, Jutial, Gilgit, no later than 10:00 AM on September 1, 2026.
The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
Interested firms and service providers are encouraged to obtain the bidding documents, carefully review the eligibility requirements and terms and conditions, and submit their bids within the stipulated deadline.
